Botanica Waterfront

RIDGE SALES SOAR!

Ray White agent Mark Beale is still catching his breath after the spectacular launch of the Ridge, the second stage of highly successful Botanica Estate.

“We only had 11 lots on the market, but within 48 hours we had contracts out on 8 of them” said Mark, “Interestingly, most of the buyers are interstate investors and they can see that the Whitsundays is one of the few areas on Australia’s east coast still offering terrific value for money.”

While Botanica Waterfront, with its spectacular avenue of palms, has raised the bar for landscaping in the area, the developers have set themselves a new challenge with the Ridge.

“The Ridge road will be constructed of concrete”, explained Mark, “and tinted with a soft ochre oxide to blend in with the surroundings. The road will be formed around boulders sourced from the site and clusters of robellini palms and will incorporate two landscaped roundabouts. With bush buffers between each lot, residents will enjoy a unique level of privacy, something that will become increasingly sought after as Airlie becomes more developed.”

Heavy rains over the last week have prevented more buyers from inspecting the remaining sites, which enjoy sweeping views out to Airlie Beach and around to Hook and Hayman Islands.

“This is a great opportunity for anyone who missed out on the launch to secure one of the 3 remaining view lots. And because you’re buying early off the plan, you don’t have to settle till completion later in the year.”
